Ipoh Old Style Hung Gar and Hung Gar Kung Fu (怡保老洪拳与洪家拳)
Fu Joh Seah Cultural and Sports Association is a sports body located in Pasir Pinji Village, Ipoh. There are Dragon and Lion Dancings being taught there. Sifu Teh Wing-Liang (郑永樑) is the instructor and he is a part of this association since his younger days. Other than keeping this cultural art alive, he also makes Dragon and Lion heads. Sifu Teh also teaches martial arts , namely Hung Gar Fist and Old Style Hung Gar. His Hung Gar teacher who also taught him Dragon and Lion Dances is Sifu Aw Kham Thim (欧錦添). His Old Hung Gar teacher is named Master Chan (陈师傅). The martial classes are also held in the same premises. The syllabus taught are: 1) Old Hung Gar (老洪拳) : Unarmed Patterns: a) Colliding Striking Fist (撞打拳) b) Lohan Subdue Tiger Fist (罗汉伏虎拳) c) Knight Family Fist (侠家拳) Armed Pattern: Spring Autumn Big Sword (春秋大刀 (北派) ) 2) Hung Gar Fist (洪家拳) Unarmed Patterns a) "工 character" Taming the Tiger Fist (工字伏虎拳) b) Tiger Crane Paired Form Fist (虎鶴雙形拳) c) Iron Wire Fist (鐵線拳) d) Snake, Cat, Crane Combination Shapes Fist (蛇猫鹤混形拳) e) Hung Fist (洪拳) Weapons: Broadsword, Spear, Sword, and Staff (刀，枪，剑，棍)
