If you want to build a simic deck that is a little different (while still playing into some of the simic themes), I've had fun with a Tawnos the Toymaker mutate deck. It's pretty cool because, among other things, you get to activate the mutate effect essentially three times when Tawnos is on the battlefield.
@@DungeonLearnersGuide I'm also doing what most people I know would refer to a degeneracy by going infinite with a mana dork that can produce blue, intruder alarm and shrieking drake
So a fun fact about my Edgar deck: it doesn’t just run legendary vampire, it runs all of them. This means that I’ve got no real protection, card draw, or removal
@@DungeonLearnersGuide I do have some ramp in there to try and help, but for the most part it’s very all or nothing. I hope this helps to show I’m not some kind of guy who sits at a theme table and whips out some crazy strong deck lol

Oh I didn’t realize that. I just thought all your creatures were legendary, not every card.
