+lineygoblue I couldn't agree more. If your Church sings songs like this, then hold onto that Church because they're rare to find. I don't know when was the last time I went to a Church that sang this song.

This was my daughter's favorite song when she was about five or six years old. I can still hear a tiny voice calling out # 423 when the pastor asked for requests!

THIS is how I have always felt this type of hymn should be played and sung. I love the organ/piano combination - and the pianist plays this hymn exactly as I would....and will be doing THIS SUNDAY. And the song leader's energy is wonderfully contagious. Thank you for a wonderful post!
This song is # 150 in the hymnal of the Church where I used to sing this song a long time ago. I so wish there were Churches near me that sang it. It's just wonderful! God Bless!
