Yeah me too, I think they should get 4th in the league, i do think they are slightly better than the Panthers and the Clan, but the league is so good this year, no team can take anyone for granted.

The new defensive group looks to have more size, grit and hopefully resilience. Goaltending is something that Guildford have not got quite right since they joined the EIHL. Kupsky has decent experience at the coal face and could challenge McAdam for the No 1 slot.
I think you’re harsh on McAdam, he was definitely a top5 starter last year and can absolutely steal games. Tedesco was also 2nd in the entire league in points per60 only behind Balmas, crazy how he only played 14 a night
I take your point, maybe i am harsh on McAdam. I did say he was a good goalie, and he can for sure steal games. What i meant was, if the Flames are looking at silverware and taking on a Sheffield or a Belfast. Can we say goaltending is a strength? I would say no. In my opinion, just on paper and the video i have watched, at present i would say Greenfield, McCollum, Whistle, Carruth, Bowns, Weninger, Bow, Owen & maybe Bednard are all better goalies. If you have the 8th/9th best goalie in a 10 team league, its not a position of strength. Of course i could be wrong, he could come in and light it up, but i cant say that with confidence in a preview video.
