First time I have seen Mr. Dahanayaka speaking! Proud about the way he answers the questions. While his command in English is excellent, do not want to Rate him based on that!. A National Leader should be rated based on his Overall Contribution to his motherland under his Leadership and his Genuine Affection to the Country and the People Only !!!. His/ Her Fluency in English is secondary!. People who think that English speaking Leaders are the Best Leaders are only the Slaves of British Crown!!! However, in all fairness to him, this does not mean Mr. Dahanayaka was a Bad Leader!. He was the caretaker Prime Minister for nearly 7 months.
Almost all the top level ceylonese politicians were so fluent in English and nowadays politicians can't even come close to that. Even a person from a high class family these days can't talk like these gentlemen.
