Love this! Clutter is the opposite of comfort! I like having a lot of things to look at in my home… empty spaces distract me, but I need to care about the items. Good list 😊
@@kimbacon8470 oh, same. I've realized if a wall is completely blank, that's fine. But if I put a dresser or something against the wall, I want some kind of decor above it. My empty space above my entryway table bugged me and distracted me for months. Every time I looked at it, I tried to figure out what to put above it. 🤣 When I finally put something there, I was able to relax more. Thanks for watching...and for the nice comment. 😊
@@sierralovesdogs I only have a few of them. They had lots...probably dozens?! I'm keeping the one I gave my grandpa with questions about his life. I gave it to him for Christmas or something and didn't find out he actually filled it out until my grandma passed away a couple of years after he did. I'm taking pictures of some pages and sending them to family (birth announcements), but honestly most pages are boring. 🤣 What they ate and what the weather was that day and that they went on a walk, which I already know they did a lot. 😂 We have a lot of family history stuff from that side of the family besides these journals. So just trying to keep the best ones that future generations will also find interesting and not be so overwhelmed by the amount that they don't read any of it. 😅
@@sierralovesdogs well, I guess I haven't done it yet. So we'll see when it comes down to it. But I LOVE reading and Journaling and still have a hard time getting through these, so I figure other people really won't care. 🤷♀️
"Am I imprisoned by this item?" - so powerful!
Yes I thought so too!

I could never get rid of my grandparents’ journals! That’s your family history! Are you scanning them at least?

@@TheClutterLady I admire your ability to part with those! I feel like I can't! 😭
