I would use it at least once every day maybe before or after you shower. I tried to use it twice a day, once in the morning, once at night. And yes! It definitely helps get rid of stretch marks, but prevention is key.
A nursing bra has clips on each strap, so when you are feeding you just need to unclip one side (or both if you want to nurse and pump at the same time) then the bra comes down just on that side so you can feed without having to take it off. They're super comfy too!
