Hi, i started to watch your show, i am a Wet on Wet painter. You paint in a very simple way and i love it, and i am learning from you a lot. But, what brand of Cadmium Yellow are you using. Because it doesnt look like Cad Yellow? Or maybe its something with the video or light you are using in studio?
Hey glad you’re watching… yeah could be the light. I use LUKAS or Gamblin mostly and would say the paintings are little more vibrant in person than the video.
That is LUKAS Cad yellow. It does not specify so it is more of medium. Cad yellow is definitely a color that can vary depending on brand. That painting is only available to see on this video. What does your yellow look like compared to mine?
@@paintingwithadam Less "dark" in tone than in the video, but it doesnt matter. I am so happy that i found you in youtube. The wet on wet technick was never looked simple.
I love your videos...have learned a lot from you and looking forward to learning more!!

Thank you, yeah I think it may just be LUKAS… I like them because of their rich tones
