Wet musty sand will damage ur rc so if you wanna run it on sand make sure it's dry sand and don't take it to the salty water cuz that will cost internal gear rust....

It will cause some rust but I washed it with clean water and air.
It doesn’t have to be driven in wet sand for things to rust, salt is in the air and will rust all the screws making maintenance an pain!
