Excellent video, thanks. Building a Tamiya 1:12 scale F-1 & the engine & trans should be washed after the basic paint layer. Really had no idea of how to get the suggested effect until now. I would of applied Tamiya acrylic flat black wash on top of the Tamiya aluminum acrylic until I saw your video. Thanks again. Cheers, Glenn

Can i use that on dry surface painted acrylic xf ? Wiping this tamiya thinner will destroy old dry surface ?

Suggest say earlier that this acrylic wash should not be used on acrylic.
If I painted a car red then black in acylic then painted thinner on would it look like the paint faded off like on older junker cars

Tamiya are lacquer base acrylic paints, which means they thin with alcohol. Tamiya makes their own special thinner for their paints.
