I didn't think much of it at the time. I knew his sister Athena Bass as she went to the same high school as well. Who would have ever thought they'd turn out to be a bad ass band!!

As for Tommy’s spinning drum kit and you guys calling it a roller coaster you absolutely need to check out his Cruecifly drum kit that really did ride a roller coaster track across the ceiling of the arenas and did 360 flips while going across the ceiling.
Correct me if Im wrong, but I think at one time Motley Crue was popular with the hearing impaired. Back then Motley Crue hit so hard live that you could literally feel the music. Saw them live in auburn wa in early 2000s and tommy had 2 drum kits atop 50 foot platforms and he freakin zip lined between them! Insane!
Tommy Lee always had amazing drum solos. I don't want to spoil, so I will just say highly worth the view.
