Hey Matt, nice video as always, you should do a video about Flipping VS Cash Flow websites. My dream is to reach 30k/m cashflow but it seam that you, Mads, Mushfiq and other prefer the flipping route. Could you please do a video where you elaborate more on that? Thanks.
Flipping the website, and getting the money for it then removes all the risk from you. Your site could be making 5-10k per month every month - but you're always one Google update away from that being 0. Even it doesn't go to 0, and drops substantially - it can take a year to get your monthly average back where it was, had you just sold it when it was at 5-10k.
I have a blog that's more than a year now and contains over 60 articles with 0 traffic! It's terrible, I'm stuck! Waiting for version B to see if it could help out
I know this is only 10 months old but I think this probably needs an update. ChatGPT and other AI writing tools are now widespread and I don't think being a "content writer" job is gonna be as easy to get or pay as much anymore....
I don't like this approach. However hands down is the best approach to start with and I would do the same. I just hate writing content other than what I know and like.

I like it except I would start the biz by hiring quality writers instead of doing it myself so that I'm working on the biz not in it and have more time for growth.

Cash flow problems come when scaling due to the costs of scaling and issues with getting all your revenue paid out. So it’s best to build and flip

Check your search analysis. Probably you went for highly competitive keywords. A blog with 60 articles shouldn't get 0 traffic.
