This needs to be view by millions more. I am a visual individual...ended up spending compulsively on cool looking items which I wasted a lot of money on. I have learned to disconnect from it and just focus on actual needs to live comfortably. Thanks you for the additional insight.

wow exactly what I think, the reason to buy something is to fulfill the feelings not the needs. Thank you Dr Carol, will try to implement the suggestion!

SAVING & INVESTING IS EXCITING, MOST SEE IT AS BORING. BUT THEY'LL LEARN THE HARD WAY

finishing my first year of university, paying in cash is honestly the best way to save money. Putting friction between payments is so much more meaningful rather than just paying contactless or through apple pay. Otherwise it just becomes numbers on a screen.

I’d say because her voice is just tiring to listen to and the video is too long for the amount of actual content in it. It’s not her fault, but I’m not going to lie to be nice (what’s the point?)

Well for me, she's kind of all over the place and not really explaining any scientific backing to her assertions, which makes it not that interesting a ted talk. I want evidence based Ted talks, or at least if they're going to be circumstancial they should be interesting or believable.

I am creating content on Financial awareness. I have simplified the information so everyone across all ages and across the globe can consume the information.
The yake up is not it would have been if I was creating controversial content or some gossip.
      You're very right. 👌

Not a good presenter, can make important information seem unimportant!
