Hey mam... I am a huge fan... Love your energy and positive vibes.. it literally helps me in these tough times... Thankyou so much... Keep spreading the love just as you do... I would love it if you reply.... Lots of love from Chennai, Tamilnadu, India 💜💜❤️❤️💖
HIGH recommendation. I recommend you guys to surround Jaden with as much Telugu as possible. I'm doing the same with my little one (in Punjabi), because I just love the fact that my 2nd generation child is still getting all that good culture. Language getting passed down is so beautiful, and even your cute Telugu tutorials give all of us so much joy and we truly feel represented! Makes our day! I assume Mama Pandu is more comfortable speaking in Telugu, so I think it should be fine for her to speak in Telugu with him... Plus he's obviously going to be learning English at school... I mean Lilly is teaching Scarbro Punjabi... just sayin...
Deepica you are one of the most humble and grounded successful person I have ever met / seen in my life. Please do NOT ever let this amazing quality of you ever go. Now about your video, OMGosh your mom and your family are so freaking adorable. And I totally can relate to how you feel about your mom's style of decoration. I remember when I used to visit my folks in Houston, I would do a total redo or start moving or removing things. And my mom would say the same thing just as your mom said, "OMG Deepica is taking everything down..." Keep making such sweet videos and you are AWESOME and so is everyone is your family!!!
"america is the land of immigrants," HELL YEAH PAPA PANDU! cannot express how much I love your family videos. its easy to see why you'd love to be closer to your family rather than in LA. your family is wonderful and warm, and a little crazy. who wouldn't love that??
damnn I loved when monica spoke on that kakinada accent and suddenly shift into American accent damnnn😂😂😂 can't get over that I wanna see Jayden speaking Andhra accent when he grows uppp
I love how the 'matured' Deepica is now a different childish Deepika at home. There is a big difference in your vlog. Very happy to see this side of you again. Family is everything for sure. You definitely look much happier bein with your dad. You must have really missed them all.
If you're looking for similar models and not what brand Deepica wore specifically, you can find them on Amazon! Just type something like "abstract earrings"
In my house it always been a thing to decorate the trees thanksgiving day my family just loves the joy and togetherness the season always brought and being from up north the lights and the snow just make you feel cozy
Dk why but I got emo when Monica said,” I did all of this for you! I wanted your first thanksgiving to be great!” Such a great mommy ♥️ Much love to the Deepica and the fam.
Thank you deepica for the sweet wishes...I love you 💛send you soo much happiness in your way 💛 stay happy and blessed always 💛 we all love you and say hi to Jayden and give my love to him too...❤ lots of love from avantika (chennai, India)
i just lub u r mom....started prayer suklam baradharam ...ended with amen...anyway we r from same town kovvur.same like😎🥳.midhi kovvureee,..madhi kovvure..manadhi kovvur..😜🤣(indra film).lets xchange our moms ya..😭😭🥺
I feel like Deepica complains about decor and other things her parents have just to get free stuff. Like calling things “tacky” when it makes other happy is just uncouth. Not everyone can go in IG and ask for sh*t and get it for free. Her behavior is very childish and privileged.
I love your work, Deepica! Just thinking about something - why do you put up Christmas decorations if you're not Christian? Doesn't that give off the idea that we do not identify with our Hindu roots as strongly as those who engage in solely their cultural and religious traditions? A lot of people don't know what Hinduism is truly about. The Upnishads, Vedas, Ramayan, Bhagwatam, and more are absolute gems. Religion serves as a personal connection with the unknown and to try to understand it. Hinduism is the most ancient, scientific religion in the world. In a small way (but the effect is bigger when thousands do it), wishing “Merry Christmas”, as non-Christians to other non-Christians, is celebrating the work of rich missionaries with extreme amounts of political support who are widely spreading Christianity in India and other places. If we also discussed the meaning of Diwali, or learnings from Hinduism like meditation and yoga and strategies to find peace each day, I think a lot of people would benefit. Cherishing and sharing our roots is so powerful 🧡
Deepica and her family have been living in the United States for over 25 years, within a span of such a long time I think it is understandable for people to adapt to the festivals, customs and traditions of the place they reside in and are citizens of. I agree with you on cherishing and sharing our roots, But I also believe thats its about time we stop considering celebrating festivals of other religions and faith as putting down ones own religion. Moreover, I also think celebrating festivals is not just about the religious faith but also spending time with family, decorating your homes and of course our first and foremost our hearts with beautiful memories :)
@@padma8014 I totally get it - having been born and raised in America, a melting pot of cultures, I also put up Christmas trees and baked cookies for the holidays when I was young. Now looking back though, I wish I'd loved my Hindu traditions the same way because these are my roots and representative of where I come from, and that is the most important thing in life 🧡 Hinduism needs that sort of mindset right now. In a world where Hindus are afraid to talk about scriptures in public or are insecure about their culture, we need more people who are unwaveringly proud of their roots and engage openly about them. Identity dilution is easily gained and difficultly lost. An amazing way to help preserve the Hindu culture starts with asking yourself deep questions about your identity and what kinds of effects deviating from it, even subtly, has on yourself and others.
I dont think you have be following her from the beginning. She infact is one of the very few influencers along with Raja kumari and Radhi who strive to keep their culture alive. I have seen her celebrate Hindu festivals with the same amount of passion and she has always conveyed how important it is for her to keep her traditions alive and she also uses her platform to educate about the spirituality behind the festivals. I think she and her family sets a great example of how immigrant children/ families should be , by keeping their culture alive and being proud yo showcase it.
@@shaistasadaf2934 Deepica definitely has done that, and I appreciate that about her. All I wanted her and other Hindus to ask themselves is why they celebrate Christmas and whether doing so because it's fun is fundamentally right.
Agni dear..just chill!! none of those christmas decorations, tree, socks are according to the bible. by putting up a tree deepica doesn't become a christian neither stops being a hindu.christmas is all about the birth of jesus..who came into this world to die for everyone's sins...including me and you.Let deepica do what she finds happiness in!!
HEHE I LOVE THIS SO MUCH MAKES ME HAPPY 💛💛💛💛
