- After two months of non-stop production, we all give you Come Little Children, an AU where Foeslayer brings Winter back in time to see her past.
I am so incredibly proud of every participant for getting this done on such a time crunch. I genuinely apologize to you all for my unprofessional actions and bullying you all to get this done 😭

I’m kinda bummed we didn’t get any Foeslayer and Winter interactions aside from when he freed her.
Seriously, Foeslayer took off the moment they arrived at Possibility when Winter collided with Peril, and then remained absent literally until the end of the arc which was a full two books later.

Tbh, she probably was trying to figure out what had happened in the last 2,000 years without actually giving away she was that old. Plus, not much time passed in the last two books. Just a couple of weeks I think.

When there are main protagonists the books tend to focus on them, I do agree that foeslayer did just leave for a bit though
This has to be one of my favorite MAPs ever. I love Winter as a character - he deserved so much better than what he got in the actual books. Same with Foeslayer. If Tui decided to do something like this, where Winter sees Foeslayer and Darkstalker’s backstories, it would’ve been a great opportunity for him to grow as a character.
It's sucks that Arctic never got to see foeslayer even after death. The gught was the last time he spoke to her. She didn't die like he though she did, she was just frozen, and she's going to live a long while after being unfrozen too.

Anybody notice that the eggs that Darkstalker and Whiteout hatched out off were black and white? These are the colours Darkstalker puts in the hourglass, one being black for the good of the NightWings, and white for the bad of the IceWings. I find it peculiar that Darkstalker hatched out of the white egg and Whiteout hatched out of the black egg. Thoughts?

This is so good! I love the concept of the AU as well! It would've been really cool to see Winter experience the past like this, especially when you think of how he viewed Darkstalker's past and the loss of Arctic for the Icewings. This is so amazing! Perfect song choice too! ♡♡♡
Foyslayer and arctic deserve better it wasn’t Arctic’s fault for using his magic too much. He wanted to be a better father. As dark stalker says ‘he has some good in him’ I hate they both had to die it’s sad. BUT THIS IS GOOD!
arctic only acknowledged whiteout as his kid just because she looked more icewing than darkstalker did and even then saw her more as an object than an individual. arctics line wheres hes forced to say he wished he was a better father is "I do wish I'd been a better father. If I were, I would have strangled you the moment you hatched." what he wanted was his mother to leave him alone and for his children to be normal.
Dude why is no one talking about how this is so sad? I mean, yeah people died and suffered, but tbh Darkstalker probably thought he would be lost forever, I believe he never wanted to become evil.
It always amazes me to see how well lip synced some animators can make. Like dragon mouths are completely different from ours but it looks so natural??

Wow. I don’t comment often on maps, though I watch them often… and yet, really, both the nostalgia from the song chosen, and really, the Good Ending music from FNAF really set the tone, like everyone has peace, everyone she ever loved as she knew it has been put to rest. Somber, nostalgic. It’s remembering her past with a conflicted, calm and quiet melancholy.
That was honestly kind of heart wrenching- So cool guys, great job!
FRICK ILL MISS THE PREMIER. Anyways, I can’t wait to see how everyone does! I imagine it will be AMAZING!!

It's so good! The music and the art had a perfect eerie feeling to it and so many of the parts were super smooth and expressive and it was all so good! Thank you all so much, host and animators, for making this beautiful map happen :)

Wouldn't it be cool if Tui decided that Darkstalker's consciousness was inside Peacemaker's head and he manipulated Peacemaker and then somehow freed himself from Peacemaker so then Darkstalker and Peacemaker were different dragons, but could hear each others thoughts because Darkstalker was in Peacemaker's head and accidentally transferred his mind reading powers to him? I need somone to make a MAP of that now- ._.

I thought of my helluva boss oc who's the female personification of death. When a child dies my oc sings this song to not frighten the children's spirits and when she sings this she's basically singing to the children about paradise aka heaven and when loona happens to encounter my oc she is immediately struck with awe by my Oc's gentleness with souls and loona feels a bit of affection towards my Oc and my Oc death sits on a bench in a graveyard and loona sits beside her and starts talking to her and they share different things and my Oc death says: I've seen many things in the past and I've been busy during both world wars and the Bubonic plague epidemic and covid pandemic and yet nothing has compared to those and while I have been wandering around the world reaping souls I've had not a change of heart or emotion. Loona feels bad for death, and loona gives death a hug to comfort her, and death responds with: I appreciate the hug it touched my melancholy heart. Is this what happiest feels like? Well, I'm glad to feel it for the first time in years. Loona and my Oc death eventually fell in love, and together, they'd protect each other and comfort each other when it's winter or a long season with nothing to do
