Yooo I just want to say thank you so much for the wonderful content, you guys. You guys have been such a blessing, and the advice has helped me slowly walk away from my anorexia/binge eating time to being able to heal. I’m making huge gains, and upped my calories 500 calories and have made so much progress. I hope you see this since it’s early, but you guys make huge impacts. It’s a little late where I’m at, but tomorrow at work is the time I normally listen to you guys.

There's so much value in having meaningful conversations and debates with an open mind. Discussions on this show present great examples of being passionate, but not offended. We could all accomplish so much more together if more people could have more discussions in this way without feeling offense or resentment. Keep up the great work fellas!

I have never looked forward to my work mornings more than after finding the MindPump show. My wife is probably tired of hearing about three men so much!
My interest in the fitness sector and personal training has greatly increased since beginning to listen at the start of 2023, so thank you all for motivating me to dive deeper into the education of the body.

I been watching Mind Pump for a couple of weeks now and it has been mind blowing what I have learned on this channel. i would like to thank this excellent experienced personal trainers for sharing their knowledge in this channel. I started exercising now daily, first thing in the morning for 15-20 minutes after seeing the video of 15 minutes workouts and it has make such a difference. It has created consistency, something that I had struggled with since I started my weight loss journey in 2019. I feel more focus, energized and motivated. Please continue to teach people to make changes in their fitness, it's really important to be healthy and feel great💪

Something that happened with me makes sense now. I now get why my manager at my part time proceeded to take me aside and talk to me about the “harm of doing deadlifts, specifically heavy deadlifts.” He’s in his forties and kept saying how it can cause a disk slip and whatnot. Obviously I know if done properly such risks are minimal. But it makes sense now since you’ve talked about how people in that era were against the big lifts

I’ve been on a diet for a little over a year now where I was doing full body kettlebell training, which helped my functional strength greatly. Picked up a bar and free weights 5 months ago and since then I have been listening to you guys gaining knowledge on techniques and how to fix/improve mine with all my lifts. I have lost over 80lbs making my weight go from 265 to 173lbs at one point. Since I started free weight training I bulked up to 195lbs currently deadlifting 225lbs and slowing increasing each week by 2.5 to 5 lbs. great information guys and gonna get a plan sometime to learn how properly plan my training and not waste time.

Heck yeah first 24 hours! Also excited about the Advanced Anabolic in addition to that giveaway bundle.
As a big fan of strong men, as well as of the highland games and things like the caber toss, I agree with the radical benefits of offset loading and training in that style. Even if you train for a local strongman competition or a highland game competition at your local Renaissance faire, you'll find how overwhelming some of the lifts are considering they are nowhere near your max lift on a balanced weight. Plus things like handling Atlas stones and doing suitcase carry of weight or tossing a weighted hammer or caber teaches you so much about igniting and engaging your whole body in the lift.
Love the episode. Good job, again.

I agree with Adam, the body image is totally different for men. There was a study on Instagram I saw about what women would pick comparing a dad body and muscular man. Women would pick the dad body because of the pressure most women would feel living up to the standard most physically fit men would place on them in a marriage. Women in this study also viewed physically fit men as only good for dating/one night stands, not marriage. Flip the script and men would more likely choose a physically fit woman over a woman who appears to be not physically fit. MEN ARE VISUAL. Sal sorry, but you made this difficult ❤. Love the show!

I’ve struggled with being skinny fat and my body image for years. I’ve gone through cycles of not having any focus on diet/exercise, to crash dieting, throwing out all my “junk” food and doing excessive cardio, running up to 10 or 15 miles a day, and still feeling fat. But in large part to your guys content, now I’m just trying to make the gym a habit, going 2-3 times a week focusing on compound movements, prioritizing protein, and getting STRONG. When I started going back to the gym, I told the trainers there that I’m just focusing on getting strong, and that’s it. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been!

Just want to say I’m very lucky to have found you guys. You transformed my life in more ways than one.
Question: My girlfriend and I have been following maps prime, anabolic, and 15 with success and results. My girlfriend suffers from moderate to severe asthma to the point she’ll have to darth Vader Medicate. She works with her doctor but they usually recommend medication and to avoid physical things. She’s a athlete so it’s hard to NOT be active. What are some ways trainers can help achieve an athletic lifestyle with underlying issues such as asthma ? Breathing techniques, strength training because of the rest in between, a form of yoga ? Thanks for everything you guys do !

The first segment of this episode was ace 😎👌 my kind of convo.
I always saw Bronze era as 1900- late 40s.
Silver era as 50's-late 60s, and Golden era as 70s into late 80s.
Mass monster era across the 90s.
But good Q in what 2000s+ would be considered.
Never thought of it. Mainly due to majority of physiques became standard, run of the mill, production line status .
Very little individual character left .
Social media -synthol era is probably the term for 2010+
    😏😁
    .
On side note, PBD is an awesome interview host! Excellent channel.
he won me over years ago when he interviewed Dorian Yates & Flex Wheeler.

The conversation about looks vs. function in fitness, I see paralleled in the dog sport world. Look up show (English) bred Labrador Retriever vs. field (American) bred Labs. Same breed, but different body compensation, energy level, and mental focus. Both lines make for great dogs, but can be very different in overall demeanor. Interesting stuff, good episode.
