    I just started muay thai 3 hours a day 5 days a week been at it 4 weeks now when should i start sparring. I dont want to get injured to soon . I want to learn the basic and how to protect myself properly. Should i try after 3 to 6 months muay thai is very demanding i do some kick boxing in between also .

      Sounds like you're ready to start! Sparring is a big part of muay thai training, as long as you're not doing hard sparring every day, you should be fine. It is recommended to wear a cup incase you catch an accidental below the belt shot. Come through to bang tao and benefit from our high level coaching! ⚔
