Isome parts of the UK, schools had to put out a dress code for parents when so many would turn up in pyjamas, nightdresses and dressing gowns.
Their children are always embarrassed with the parents’ dressing, especially at pick up time.
It is just laziness and this attitude of I can wear what I like is creating issues. Children can tease or even bully their mates based on the mother’s dressing.

Exactly! They don't even think of that aspect. They don't consider the fact that their kids can get bullied based on their mother's dressing. It's appalling, really.
