Do you think these are better than the 83x10?because there are more cards in the pack meaning higher chance at high fodder or special cards? Or does it not work like that?

Yes I packed my first icon toty ever from this today maybe about 20-30 packs in I got 91* Koeman my first time ever packing a toty 83x10 best I got was Harry Kane I believe so
