Came across this the other day. 'If you choose not to find joy in the rain, you will have less joy in your life, but still the same amount of rain'. Love it! xx
When I hear people say, “It’s such a gloomy day.” I always speak up and say, I love these days. Time to light a fire , get your favorite blanket and drink then get cozy with your blanket and read a wonderful book. I love reading all the positive comments you receive. Thank you for such wonderful videos.
Hi Adriana! I discovered your videos some months ago and I find them so calming and inspiring! you also inspire me to cook when I don't want to!! 😁 The English countryside is so charming, peaceful and beautiful! So thank you for your videos from an Italian who live in the south of France! 😉
I love rain so much. I’ve never lived somewhere where it rains most of the time, so maybe I wouldn’t like that much rain, but where I live it’s very rainy and I have never gotten tired of it. It’s cool, beautiful, soothing and peaceful. It’s my favorite weather.
Hi Adriana. Thank you very much for the nice invitation and the wonderful video. I wish you all the best, beautiful November 🤗🍁🍂🔥☕ 👋😊 With love Maťa from Slovakia 🇸🇰
Lovely video. And I agree about the seasons and the rhythms of life. I am out of my element when away from the four seasons as they are a constant reminder about the passage of time that lends for me order and consistency to your days.
😍💕 🌧️☔⛈️ I love rainy weather!! 😊 It is my natural element, my home weather, so I'm like a plant, I need watering! 😅 I enjoyed this video so much, Adriana! November means pure cosiness and Autumnal bliss to me, and you presented it in such an inspiring way! 🤗 Thank you!! 🙏👏👏👏 😘👍
November is my birthday month as well. I love cold, grey November days. Perfect for sitting by the fire with a cup of tea and a good book. Thank you for another lovely video.
Oh, Adriana, you are already taking down your autumn decorations? I am not from the US but I celebrate Thanksgiving each year and to me, this is "the last day of autumn". 😂After Thanksgiving, I'll transition to Christmas mode 🤩 Interesting to see the different concepts of time and seasonal living that we all have. Loved your video as always! 🧡🧡
I felt sad about that too! As it is still autumn. My autumn stuff will stay up until December when I decorate for Christmas. Especially as it seemed like summer until about 2 weeks ago! 😂❤
We moved from the Pacific Northwest where it was very very rainy back to the southern US where I grew up. As a kid I resented all the heat and humidity but I think being in the PNW where I struggled to find joy in 9 months of gloom and rain taught me a similar thing about finding joy in heat and humidity! Now that we’re back in the south I am finding a lot more beauty in something I used to resent. Maybe all it takes is 10 years of being away to appreciate what you had to begin with ☺️ Beautiful video! Love the cozy little Cotswolds cottages 🤗
Me and my friend are planning a trip to Selworthy next week 😊 you are so right about appreciating each season as they all have their purpose. Im trying to live more in tune with the seasons and as a women my monthly cycle x
It was lovely to see Selworthy Church. My parents in law are buried there and I could see their headstone in your video! I live in Somerset too but a different area and always enjoy seeing new places that aren't familiar to me. Many thanks for your enjoyable videos. Best wishes Kim
What a lovely video. life is so peaceful. I just discovered your channel today and I've spent hours watching it. I will definitely always follow your channel
Yep. It is not the bad stuff which happens to us that is the biggest problem, but rather how big and complicated we make it. If we make it a big deal that it is grey and rains alot, it will feel worse, and we will feel stressed, mad and worn out by it. I recently found out my darling man did something offensive and stupid. At first, I used big words like "financial cheating", "eroded trust", "betrayal" and kept complaining/ranting about it to the point of holding him hostage by my misery inducing response. Yes, what he did was bad, stupid and shouldn't be done again, but by making it so much bigger than I needed to, I made the issue, him and myself feel much worse, and our whole week just fell apart. Then, someone I know ushered me towards a more lighthearted approach, of forgiving the wrongdoing, let it slide and never speak of it again, just continue to enjoy life and the relationship to the fullest. I mean we are human, things will always happen to us that we don't particularly like, so the more lighthearted our approach is to these misfortunes, the less stress we will suffer, the fewer diseases we'll catch and the longer and more joyous we can live. Expect the bad to happen, from surroundings, environment and people, and the disappointment will not be so great. See the good in all bad happenings. Everything, seemingly good or bad, happens for a purpose. Even a cloudy day, a relationship hurt, a job layoff etc.
Hola feliz sábado,me gustan mucho tus videos y tu decoración hermosa y todo lo que nos muestras las 💐 flores los árboles hasta las 🍀 hojas secas se ver hermosas.😊ñ

Thanksgiving isn’t not a thing here in UK, neither is in Poland, I think it’s a lovely holiday but personally I don’t celebrate it x
