This is a Zapplink for setting up the camera at the desired angle + Spotlight for loading the reference. The camera and reference can be saved and loaded in the next work session. Check out these zbrush tools and everything will become clear, maybe right here on TH-cam on request to see how they work.
@guyfox2369 Thank you for the information. I know how to drop background images. The issue is that when I use different images (for e.g., front and side) that have different camera focal lengths, the likeness is lost. It is very hard to find image references with the same camera focal length

@@midoalagib I usually set the "angle of view" between 20 & 30 depending on how wide the camera lens on the reference image looks. Also when it comes to using photos as references in ZBrush, the wider the camera lens, the worse its photos are for likeness. in contrast, long lenses always make the best reference photos.
Wonderful video. I absolutely love your 3d portraits of classical musicians; they are especially interesting because you often only have 1 or 2 (if you're lucky) reference images to go from!
hi , I have a question , Did you create that base mesh and is that commonly used on all your projects? Big fan of your work and im hopin to get as good myself :D

Happy to see a time lapse from a master of 3D.
How do you adjust the camera focal length when using background references? This always messes up the likness when I try using different images
