use Crepus' Vial and just crouch to the item (i assume you referred to the big finger creeper just before the item). They won't aggro, even after you kill those two little ones guarding the item

Ty. I knew this one was going to be tough with the little spider thingies. I died right before, the location, where the 'nest' of spiderhands are. I had 7 million runes. So. I made it to the location and used magic to clear from range. lol. This is a tough location.
It took me forever to get this path right. I watched this video and one other. I had a hard time remembering which way to go. The path to this tear is brutal.
Thanks... this place is more cancerous than Caelid. Having fun with Caelid but this shithole give anxiety 10 times dealing with the giant mobs. Thank god it is short and can skip everything to get the item.
