Proof this genre of music and melody just can't die.
I'm in my mid 40s, and this song had confused the hell out of me thinking "How have a I not heard this before?" because I usually recognize songs like this easily but it's actually a relatively new song. Finding out a retro themed song like this can be a huge hit now gives me a bit of hope not all new music is overproduced manufactured corporate studio garbage and there is an audience for good popular music if you can find it.
