Nice tutorial, thank you. I made this cuff using a square disk. String the threads from 1-10 on top and 11-20 on bottom. Move #16 to E and #15 to e/ #5 to f and #6 to F. Exchange threads as shown in the video. Pull the side threads tight then move e to #10 and f to #20/ E to #1 and F to #11. Again, thank you for the tutorial. I couldn't have done it without you. :)

I made this bracelet but made it long enough to be a choker necklace. My problem was I must have tightened the two side cords (like you said), but I must have tightened them too much because it felt to rough and tight. So what I did to loosen them I took every two inches and between my two hands I would wiggle that part of the necklace in little circles, then move down about another two inches again and wiggle that part and so on till I did the whole necklace. Maybe this tip will help someone else who might have the same problem. This was a great video. Thanks so much and God Bless.

I think this is brilliant in any language. I'm an older male with to much time on my hands. Your patience is inspiring, I'm a carpenter so making a disc is easy, finding the silk and clasps,Ebay ? Could be a busy year, many thanks.
I think you would sell them if you make more. These eventually break down due to wearing them out. Although I'm not using them much I have no doubt wooden ones would sell great :-)

I love this design but the video leave a bit to the imagination. It's difficult to follow because all of the top disk work is done off camera. It would be worth it to make another video showing all moves clearly. Thanks. :)

Right now I am working on an eight warp but once I am done I will surely try this! (Yes, I am 11 years old and doing kumihimo. Don't judge me.)
I noticed you are always tensioning your threads, if you have a weight a the bottom it helps keep the tension. If you havent got one already you can use an old film canister (the small ones) put some coins in it and attach a thread around the cannister. Attach this with a bulldog clip to the start of the threads to keep an even tension.

Where did you get the loom with the small holes at the inside ends of the slots? I'm having problems because there is not enough room for the 2mm satin cords, as there is only a slot--no hole. Thanks!
