I’ve never had Starbucks but think the difference between coffee in Australia and coffee in the US is that we like our coffee hot and bitter and strong here. None of these syrups or additions. We also tend to be all about the local coffee shop rather than buying from a huge corporation. Real Christmas trees in Australia..yeah. I’ve seen so many of my friends have their tree die well before Christmas because of the heat. Some councils here in Melbourne have a tree collection service. You just put your tree out on the nature strip after Christmas and they come and collect it for you. Lol. The Queen used to make a speech every year on Christmas Day. It’s always televised here, have you never seen it? I think from memory it’s on here late in the afternoon or maybe in the evening. It’s the King’s Speech now of course. Favourite Christmas movies - Love Actually and The Polar Express.
Love Actually (just on Friday night!) and The Holiday for me! The Polar Express made me cry so much, but I guess it's because I was away from home at the time in came out and it made me all homesick!

If you ever have the chance, you might want to watch A Christmas Story. It is an annual Christmas favorite in our family, and it is hilarious! We even have a network that shows it for 24 hours straight, starting on Christmas day.

We don’t have Starbucks in Adelaide, in fact I thought they pulled out of Australia. I watched a TH-cam once called: Why Starbucks failed in Australia. Maybe they’re trying to come back 🤔 When I was young, I spent a whole year in Norway as an exchange student. I experienced the whole snow at Christmas thing, as well as their large number of Christmas traditions. I loved it 😍❤️ Mulled wine is a big part of their Christmas traditions. They call it ‘gløgg’. It is a type of spiced wine to which they add cinnamon and chopped almonds. They drink it warm. You can get it with alcohol or non-alcoholic. It’s actually kind of yummy 😊 Germany has something similar, called Glühwein. I wonder if the English equivalent is’mead’ 🤔 Ikea actually sells ‘glögg‘ at this time of year. Theirs is non-alcoholic, but is no where near as nice as the locally produced ones in Norway (or Europe).

Not a fan of Starbucks either, lm with Braden l just like a normal coffee no additional flavours and Starbucks has lousy coffee ( we are spoilt for choice of good coffee in Melbourne). Hate putting up the tree and worse having to take it down so lm hearing you on that one Brie. Love the "F" bomb drop 😂 keeping it real life over here. Gosh l cant believe its almost Christmas again, lm one of those that act all suprised as if the date changes and its somehow snuck up on me 😅.

I really don't like Starbucks, rubbish coffee, and I cannot believe you spent the entire video in the Bunnings carpark when you also could have bought out the various sausage sizzle choices and rated these as well lol. Watching knowing the coffee would be horrid, and no snags in sight was such a tease, haha!
