Think one of the biggest issue is that they only focus on Kingston and Negril/Montego Bay. Other parishes are ripe for investment and that’s where I will focus to jump on the early wagon.
You did it again Throp, excellent information 👏🏿 given and received. These gentlemen were knowledgeable in the things that we need to hear when we consider real estate n Jamaica 🇯🇲
I do real estate in Indy, USA. we find many properties off market in a number of way besides FSBO. Without having 365 days a year boots on the ground do you know of other listings/posting of properties? Headed to Negril today for a week. blessup
There's important things never mentioned. Proper infrastructure planning outside of just roads. Water and sewage and electricity infrastructure. The focus is only on roads and a more car dependent society. Is anyone studying these things to prevent expensive problems that will ultimately lower the value of property? Look what happened at the Gates of Edgehill in St Mary which could have been prevented with proper planning and codes.
@@Throp wow, you’ve come a long way ,by the way your videos really match my editing style, maybe for the next video I could make 2 free short form content videos for your channel?
For more development to occur outside Kingston the island's UNITARY central government bureaucracy has to be effectively decentralized across the island...e.g., the ministry of tourism to the North Coast/Montego Bay...
I always wonder how someone can claim a whole heap of land And why can’t a lot of that land be used to make affordable housing for the needy.. And can they use some of the land and building proceeds to build adequate hospitals for the people
