Идея с куском кардана просто супер. Уже за это плюс. Но не хватает, или я не понял, как осуществляется, подьем инструмента вверх после выполнения реза.
Okay B4 we pass around some good natured ribbing I think we should know if that blade is as thick as the blades are on the big store bought units. I can't stand those blades wich is y I bought a saw that use's carbide teeth and 2 blades, one for lighter metals and one for the heavy stuff..but even so small things aren't safe to cut on that type of saw. The fat blades on reg chop saw do a poor job of it. SO,,, IF his home made saw uses the thin blades then not only will it cut cleaner but faster. Not to mention getting right on the pencil mark for more accurate cuts !!! So, what r u using my friend ??? It'll b all the difference !!. Love the creative use of the " u-joint". hat is of to u sir.
Nice build, but your angle grinder runs the wrong way. If anything happens, and it comes lose, it will launch itself towards you. If it runs the other way, it will launch itself away from you. Very common mistake, but a great safetyissue. The way you mounted it, it's more comfortable because the sparks are flying away, instead of coming to you. Look at the official machines (circular saw, metalcutters in general, etc.) in the stores.
Barrie Vermazen A common mistake? Did you even watch the video? It spins the same way as every other chop saw. It's better to keep your mouth closed and appear an idiot, than open your mouth and remove all doubt. ..
Let me see if I can "remove all doubt". About the mounting bracket for the grinder. I've made one or two custom flatbeds for long or extended frame trucks. For the outer frame I use one continuous 3"x2"x1/4" piece of angle iron. After cutting to length, I cut out for the corners then mark the center of the bends. Then using a torch, heat and bend it. Seems easier, stronger and looks better to me. Just saying not complaining.
Barrie Vermazen, The only comment I can make is the Angle Grinder is mounted up side down and it appears to you to be going the wrong way. They still have right hand threads on the spindle for self tightening so I can't see the wheel coming off in a hurry unless someone has reversed the wiring in the brushes or field winding. I use These grinders daily and the only thing that bothers me is people doing this style as a hand held operation, I do not want to be near them. Cheers from John, Australia. PS: I would also prefer the sparks going the other way as it is here. Edit for spelling mistake John, Australia PSS: Darren Herring, I can see what you are saying.
The grinder is fine, but remember that not everyone is right-handed. This guy makes his cuts on the left side of the mark, and watches the cut on the right hand side. You can see that by the way he cuts freehand. BTW, you never ACTUALLY held an angle grinder, now, did you? If you did, you would know that the sparks are the least of your concerns when you're using one (personal safety-wise)... Just saying
Прикольно,я такой карданной конструкции ещё не видел-оригинально.
De todas as ideias que vi no TH-cam, sem dúvida a sua é a mais eficiente e funcional, parabéns, you the best, fantastic.

What is the brand and model of the angle grinder?
Hay unas máquinas que se llaman cortadoras, que cuestan entre 2500 y 3 mil pesos compañero, hacer eso te sale más caro.
what make and model is the grinder?.. thanks!
Не хорошо выдавать старое видео за новое. Поменяв название.
Esta bueno el invento pero te le faltó un resorte para que siempre te quede arriba
Its not a saw... Its stil your grinder..
You can buy them New for 30,- your standard..
How much cost and we're r this
How did you do that tool at 6'23" ? Any vidéo ?
It's just a poor man's riv-nut.
@@larryshreve9076 I know ! But how dis toi make it ?

So fucking briliant whit the axels
Why wasting time and money to make something cheap and widely available? as a hobby work? maybe, chop saw? no, its waste of time.
Chop saw 20 kg vs angel grinder stand 7-9 kg
Less music more commentary.
All
9 inch angle grinder really gentle giant... 7 inch grinder is too strong...
Научи сварке!

Never argue with an idiot he will just drag you down to his level and beat you with eexperience
