thank you for sharing your journey! soooo much resonates, especially about bringing it back to the present to help with anxiety ❤️ it’s so good to normalise these conversations and helps to realise that we’re all human and having very similar experiences along the way so thank uuuuu
Thank you so much for the love! Yes I agree! At the end of the day we all struggle with similar issues and we all the power to overcome those challenges in a way or the other! ❤️
Great! I had a similar experience around the age of 22 when I stopped smoking marijuana because I'm predisposed to schizophrenia and it was driving me crazy. It's been 6 years since I quit smoking, but the point is, if you have certain thoughts while you're high and you're high every day, those thoughts will become your reality. Thoughts that come from your non-sober mind have made me feel dissociated in the long run. As for creativity, I can recreate that mood while running without headphones or driving in my car or constantly changing places to go out or meet people instead of staying in the same place. It's great that you get rid of addiction I admire people who do that 😊 and I wanted to say I love your videos, the two of you are super cute together ❤️ keep up the good work 🙏🏻
Mi piacciono molto i tuoi contenuti.
Purtroppo al giorno d'oggi l' addiction to food is everywhere but as "Sadhguru" always says: As long as we do our best, that's the best that we can do.
I quit this year too! I used to smoke weed for my anxiety but then smoking becomes the reason of my anxiety haha. and I can say the same with dreams! I'm starting to remember again my dreams that helps a lot to know ourselves. Grande chef 💪🙌
The only problem ive had after quitting is that after all these years of loneliness and isolation my dreams are now haunting me every night. Every dream i have has a theme of isolation or im doing really messed up stuff like cutting up bodies and eating kids like wtf
Dreams can be quite disturbing but they connect us with our subconscious mind, you could look into their meaning to find out what’s beneath, most the times is really positive ❤️
28 years of smoking weed. I liked smoking. Mostly everyday. I didn’t need to smoke like traveling I didn’t smoke. Getting a new job id quit. Once I got the job id smoke. But after almost 30 years i stopped cold 3 months now
well done! that must have been hard! I am currently in NYC and smoking here is legal so it's very tempting. But I am not going to go back smoking! lets goooo

I am sure you can!! If I stopped you can stop too! As you said it's not going to be easy but it's definitely possible!! It's just a matter of doing what aligns with our future self everyday and let go of the old one!! LETSGOOO
