Another great video mate! As always spot on. My dad ran a scaffolding business whilst I was growing up, he was definitely the “owner operator” type and I was essentially admin. I always wanted to transfer /systemise it and to some extent I did but he decided to retire before I had the chance to fully immerse into it. Anyway long a short I ended up creating what is now a invoicing/quoting tool for tradespeople (currently relaunching) But coming back to your video I’ve learnt there is 2 types of trades, those who really love being on the tools and those who want to build a business. I always envisioned with our tool to service the efficiency and time saving element especially for those that prefer being on the tools. Will be interesting to see how it works for those that want to build a team based business out of it. I personally think either option is fine, however if you prefer the one man band model, you should 100% invest in focussing on efficiency, through a coach or digital system of some kind. Keep up the videos as always!
