In games vs big teams away from home... for example like Man City away, We should play Xhaka, Jorginho and Partey as the mid trio with Odegaard coming for the bench... Structural and control approach would be better than playing creative and attacking in such a decisive game like that.

First of all, he is a winner. He won't crumble under pressure. We need more experienced winners who have cojones when it gets really tough under pressure to guide our young squad. Hopefully in the summer we will make more such additions weather we win the title this season or not. With Champions League next season it is going to be even tougher.
Jorginho reminds me of Pirlo in his final seasons at Juve, lets the ball do the work, passing with pin point accuracy, vision and great positioning, calm under pressure.

He is not the engine type of player for an 8. He’s the regista, takes the ball on a half turn and play passes from deep. Defensively, the other 10 players will have to help him to cover for his lack of recovery pace but those channel balls and passes over the top are so accurate. They will be vital for us in the Europa League and to cover for Partey.
He is best suit for xhaka's position. And he can create a good chances for Martenelli and Nketia so far. Xkaha needa to be rested. For some matches. Even Zenchenko Cause Mr. Pass is playing the and is needed some one who runs we Jorginho has the ball and Tierney can do that.
