These high priced homes $50 mil+ ALWAYS drop their prices huge. Here's the problem with 75 million home, #1 you have a limited market (billionaires) #2 most billionaires would only custom build their homes because even the slightest detail that turns them off and they will tear the home down and start fresh (if they really want that property it sits on) so basically their just buying the land for 75 million, a steep price for buying dirt even for a billionaire.

The view is acceptable, but it's still far from the views you can have in the alps. then I don't see the interest of the house in the mountains so big, in general the houses in the mountains are luxurious but small and cozy.
