Je demaure au Québec Canada, près de la frontière des USA suis bilingue, Français/Anglais. toujours jeune à presque 75 ans... je vis en Campagne, depuis 8 ans, mais suis de Montréal Qc Canada merci de nous partager tes expériences de nature.... ici c'est beaucoup tranquille ,fermes laitières, pas de voisins proche.... en été nu au Soleil, et de même , comme toi en hiver -15c un bon 10 minutes de temps en temps. You still look very young. How old are you, if I may ask? I just came back from Spain last night. Was hiking for three and a half weeks, once across the entire island of Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, which are part of Spain, and the seventh largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. The island is so big that it creates its own weather. On one side of the Island is a huge mountain range overlooking the direct blue sea, or other small islands and lagoons. I was outside 24/7 the entire time, or in a tent when I slept. That was quite an experience. It doesn't matter whether you're alone or not, you just learn so much about yourself during this time. exactly knowing who YOU should at least be quite important for everybody. The nature there was so beautiful
