    At the Fowl Fortress, we like to try to use as much of the animal as possible, When you raise and process your own meat animals, we feel that it makes sense to be as thrifty as we can.
    We enjoy Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre Foods, and the series has encouraged us to explore cuts of meat and odd bits we would never before have considered - and gizzards are one of those "odd bits."
    We hope you enjoy this video and that it de-mystifies the humble gizzard, which can be SOOOOO DELICIOUS!
