It's quiet it's sleepy not a tourist trap. It's real Florida. I don't see why transplants move to next to the Gulf maybe the house prices were really good. Kings Bay is beautiful. Hurricanes is something we put up with to have this natural beauty. Sure no industries or tons of corporate jobs but the people for the most part and even though 2 out of 3 are not from here are nice people. This town isn't for everyone. I made a garden this year and it has survived Debbie and Helene and soon. I'll add Milton. I am lucky to be on one of the better neighborhoods. Helene did her thing and these people again most people started doing for their neighbors and once Milton blows off we will be Crystal River strong again. I hope you can understand this.
