I was waiting for your video - Informative and full of comparisons as always. Thanks for taking the time considering your current work patterns, very appreciated.
I was hoping we’d get a review from you when Lisa released this new palette and the new liquid silk shadows!! Yay!!!! Thank you for finding the time even given how busy you are! Nobody does a Lisa Eldridge review like you!! 🙌🏼 I’m wearing the Fawn palette today! It’s absolutely lovely!! I waited to see reviews on the matte liquid shadows to try them. Now I think I definitely will try Phoebe and Gaia!
Everything is so pretty on you! I actually think Thalia is really pretty on your skin, like a bit of edge without trying too hard. I got Ione and Irene and have now worn each of them once-love them. You’re right, they’re great for work. Fawn is pretty but I gravitate to cool/rosy tones on the daily so Vega and Muse suit me well. I do like the Fawn lipstick though!
Yaaassss! It's the review I've been waiting for. As always, great review and love how detailed it is. Loved the comparisons too and it's just what I need coz was thinking about getting the Vega palette, then Lisa released the Fawn palette. Thank you so much for this and even squeezing it in even though you had to meet a friend that day ^_^
Yeeees! I was waiting for your review! I got the Cinnabar palette in one of her bundles from last year. I really like her matte shades. The fact that they are not super pigmented from the start is actually helpful for me, because I don’t usually have too much time so I slap the eyeshadows on really quickly 😂 and they are so forgiving in my (30s) eyelids. I’m considering just buying the matte shades that interest me from her releases instead of a full palette in the future. The shimmers are cute, but I’d rather more intense formulas there. If I want shimmer, I go full shimmer 🤩 I’ll consider your recommendation for the liquid eyeshadows, definitely ❤ Thanks for the review and comparisons! Btw, you look lovely. Don’t worry about your contour 😊
Thanks so much for the swatches!! So helpful! I just picked up Thalia as the other shades sold out in the store I went to! Will try and find Irene as a neutral! ❤❤
Omg thank you for the comparison to Vega! I'm buying Vega to do my Mom's makeup for my sister's wedding, and I was going to get Fawn for myself but honestly I may just grab Upper West Side as a single instead. I thought turbulence would be too cool toned for me but it actually looks like it might be a better crease shade for my skin (light neutral warm) than the soft brown in Fawn.
Thanks for the review, as always! I was really excited about this release and checked it out at Liberty. I liked how the liquid silk applied, but none of the colours worked for me. So I'll wait patiently for more shades. I thought I'd love the Fawn palette but again, it's not quite what I wanted. The duochrome is pretty, but not for me, and I just didn't like White Tie on me. So I saved my pennies this time around. Still waiting to be able to assemble my own palette; I really thought they'd do the empty palette pick and mix by now.
Aijing, thank you for taking the time to make this great video before going to work today, especially with such a long commute. I placed my order with the pre release. And bought everything, but it just arrived yesterday. Can’t wait to try everything. I wish you’d do a review of her skin tints. I’d love to see what shade you’d pick. Since Lisa ran out of testers for her lighter medium foundation shades, I never found a good match in her foundation. So, I can’t use that to help choose my skin tint shade. I love Lisa, but hate that she doesn’t have enough diversity of skin tones in her models for the skin tint shades.
It took a long time to arrive for you then?! I have shade 6 for skin tint and shade 9 for foundation. I filmed a first impression when I first got them but my opinions have carried on evolving so I haven’t put out that video 😅 try contacting her customer service team about shade issues, they are actually very good x
ooooh i got irene, gaia and thalia but now that i see the other two on you i‘ll have to go back and get them when restocked. they are so versatile. i used irene as a base and gaia in the crease but i have also combined them with the lurex ones. i was also pleasantly surprised that they do stay put without a primer (i need a primer with the lurex)
Will have to do a little search in my collection and get back to you, but they aren’t super unique browns so any neutral palette is probably similar enough!
Hi! Thank you sooo much for this thorough review. One more question though: how is the longevity of these eyeshadows? Especially compared to viseart fe if you own that brand? ❤
Love your content, what's your thoughs about the new fawn pallete? Eg.color story,payoff,longevity...Is't worth buying if already owning Vega? And did you experience any fallout from any color ?I had terrible experience by the seemless matte formula blackout from Vega each time.
No fallout from the mattes for me, but fallout from others if I don’t tap off my brush. I think that as a me problem though. 😂 The longevity varies with differently formula but pretty good! I do review the palette in the second half of this video and I have an old video talking about payoff and colour story when the palettes first came out 🥰
I’m back! What’s your experience with the LE use longevity? Do you think I seriously can only use her velvet lipsticks and liquid silk Eyeshadows and skin tint for as long as she says ( it’s a short period and I’m not a very avid makeup up user) or I could probably extend it without adverse effect on condition I maintain 🔝 hygiene standards?
Omg I saw your ring and mine is so similar! I got a sapphire baguette with pear shaped diamond shoulders on a platinum band! ❤ did you create your ring or did your partner choose it for tou?

They are so good right?! I was surprised at how much I liked them and how good the formula is. 🥰
Completely agree with you about the seamless matte shades and the Natasha Denona cream-to-powder shadows - they’re such hard work!
They are so only right for a certain type of customer I think!
I was waiting for your review for days ☺! Thank you!
Hope it was worth the wait 👀🙈 much pressure 😝

I really recommend it!

It’s so good that it’s out in store at liberty and space NK for people to try IRL
@@Aijingaling It's definitely saved me from some purchases I would have regretted

Yes so long lasting without a primer! 😻
All this shades look so good on You. ❤
Ish 🤣
Loveed ur review - what is a dupe for the browns in fawn? Thanks !

liquid eyeshadow lasts ages, the powders are fine, similar to viseart in terms of lasting power x

This is my fav neutral palette she’s released! If I didn’t have other neutral palettes already I would have gotten 🤪
It’s a good neutral palette for sure!

I'm so so try I missed out on the Ione. you can never tell when she will restock.
Oh no! She does do pretty sporadic restocks… but it will come back for sure 👍🏻
Omg I saw your ring and mine is so similar! I got a sapphire baguette with pear shaped diamond shoulders on a platinum band! ❤ did you create your ring or did your partner choose it for tou?
We created it together 🥳 it’s a sapphire with square moissanites 🥰
Is that a model of an eye behind you???
yes! I'm an eye doctor, used the model for my other channel about eye health
