    Recipe:
    1 cup ghee/oil
    3 medium sized onion
    Garam masala :
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp green cardamom
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp clove
    2 black cardamom
    900 - 1000 grams mutton
    3 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
    3 tbsp crushed green chilies or to taste
    1 tbsp cumin seeds
    2 tomatoes sliced
    2 tbsp coriander and mint leaves each
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 star anice
    1 tbsp salt or to taste
    3/4 cup yoghurt
    2 medium potatoes ( 250 g )
    3 tbsp water or as required
    4 cups hot water
    2 tbsp + 2 tsp pink salt or to taste
    4 cups soaked rice ( 800 g )
    8-10 green chilies
