so its the online mode for ghost of tsushima. He's playing one of the story missions with the assassin class. little context, gyozen narrates stories that you basically act out in the game. You can choose 1 of 4 classes to play, assassin (stealth,glitches), samurai (tank, solo), hunter (range, damage) , ronin (heal/support or even unleash area damage depending on the build: my personal favourite). he is using the assassin class and that armour is won by completing a specific achievement. every class has its own unique armour sets plus armour from the story mode. there's a lot more lore and intricate game details I haven't mentioned but you should give it a try to find em out if you think its interesting. I should mention that you can play all classes but that's only after you level up a bit. You get to choose which class u start out with and unlock as u go. Personally i'd recommend starting with the samurai.
