So this is the first one of these I decided to watch, and I was weeping like a baby at the end. It's just so odd how sometimes it's just apples and oranges with some guests, but you could tell from the minute she appeared for the first time, she was a keeper.
Julia is one of the few actresses that Dave really connected with. You could always see that connection, even the very first time she was on. She's very smart and funny. These two missed big by not hooking up.
Actually her first appearance was to promote steel magnolias but mystic pizza was brought up. Darrell Hannah was backstage and told Dave they were doing a press junket for steel magnolias.
Just curious .... what happened to the series you had posted with all of the interviews between Julia and Dave?? I remember definitely watching those toward the end of 2017 and maybe even later. Did someone make you take them down? That series was really wonderful. Anyway Thanks for all you do. The memories you’ve posted with Letterman are really great.
PS ... I’ve seen somewhere that you have all the shows. A ‘collection’ of all the interviews with Julia Roberts would be a great addition. The flirting that they did was hilarious.
