Good evening Jordan, a good look around the auction, Jordan. Lots of bunnies, chickens and ducks! We could have bought a lot there, Jordan. No auctions here at the moment still shut down because of avian flu. It looked nice and sunny over there, a lot of very rainy days here. Might pick out by Sunday. Farmers are late drilling this year because of the wet weather. Our two acres is wet through to boot - well half way up the boots 🙂. We told you we bought some black copper marans a little while ago. They have just come into lay for the last two weeks. A really dark brown egg almost the colour of dark chocolate. We can't get enough of them. We need to be on the look out for some more point of lay pullets but they're expensive. We will hatch some off this batch but we can't buy anything anyway at the moment -avian flu!!! Jordan, Just a note we have rabbit buyers here in Idaho and they are paying us 10 bucks for a 5 pound fryer. The foo foo people are paying big money for bunny meat!!! You could have made some coin if you had that there. Rabbit processing, hummmmmm....!

Do you treat any of the birds you buy before taking them home? I purchased some at this auction and half my original flock got sick.
We use to have one here but was sold and demolished…miss it so much
I'm just going to say the laughing chicken has a crow that sounds like it's laughing kinda like a turkey

Auction videos are awesome man and that person that labeled the chickens towards the end of the video should label everyone's lol. Prices were all over the place seemed like but if you had the space for and the time to butcher some rabbits your family would be eating some fine dinners for sure.

I find them by joining local Facebook groups that are “buy, sell, trade” type. And talking to people at the auction I go to!
