I liked the video when you showed the bidding and explained what the buyer was getting ( choice of birds vs all the birds) and whether the cage was included. I think showing the prices is good for people who want to know what stock is selling for in your location. Its nice to have a price guide for buyers and sellers.

Enjoyed the auction content. You have a lot on your plate and that makes it tough to do everything you would want to get done. The most important thing to remember is that you are doing things right you work hard to support your family and are involved with your family. That is not as common as should be in our society but i sure do respect you for it. Your kids see and recognize those values and will benefit greatly from the raising that you and your wife give them. God Bless!

Good Evening Jordan, a quick look around your farm. Not bad catching on the turkeys! We hope your turkeys and geese did well at the auction. Yes, we would like to see some more auctioning of livestock, it's always good to watch! If we could understand the auctioneer and know how much they are selling for it would be a lot more interesting!! There are no pigeons here at the moment, Jordan, very poor! Maybe they will come back onto the peas. It's the time of year to get busy in the garden and also cutting all the grass, we've had some very nice weather for about 10 days but that's about to change to heavy rain and sleet tomorrow with rain forecast for the next 10 days....... Auction videos are always more exciting when You participate and either buy or sell something there! The live bidding part also is most interesting in such cases. I personally am not able to follow the American high-speed style of bidding as a non native speaker ...
Also I like it when You comment on the current market situation and explain the prices a little - like casually mentioning that the bunnies will be more expensive close to easter. You could maybe add a short explanation on the prices You got for Your sold birds - did they sell well or not and maybe why? This would add some background for people from other areas or that are not familiar with poultry sales like Your viewers who are there mainly for the hunting stuff - not everyone calls hunting AND poultry their two biggest hobbies like I do. That's why I love Your channel - keep it up! And I am really excited about the new farm videos coming soon!

I really liked the part where you showed them auctioning off your birds. I typically get bored with the auction videos and don't watch because just seeing animals with prices on the screen isn't that exciting to me. But if you say at the beginning of the video that you are buying or selling, then I typically stick around and watch.
Hello Jordan, I enjoy all your vids when I have time to watch, indoors at the minute with covid, especially hunting and shooting, it'll be good to see you fishing. I enjoyed seeing the live auction of your birds. I believe it would be to confusing to do this for all the poultry sales. It may be cool to see some of the large animal sales.
What happened to the quail set up you had? Are you getting eggs? You showed us the early start and then ghosted.
Also, it'd be fun to see you bidding at the auction. But filming and bidding may be too difficult.
Keep up the farm videos. I enjoy them.

I really like the real live auction to see what happens and goes on we’re starting a brand new Homestead in the country and one in the city and we need to get animals and wanted to see if that was a good way to purchase livestock
We have too many pigeons. mainly pretty colored common birds. We intend to catch about half (about 50) and sell them at a small caged animal auction. Here they sell them so many times the money like at the one you video. However the cage sells with the amimal or poultry etc.

If possible catch and crate things at night when they are roosting ..... way easier .... just a tip .... Love the mix up keeps it fresh and inserting
For sure! My turkeys have been rooting high in a tree though. Otherwise I would have definitely caught them at night!

They are canceling all of the auctions and shows here in Ontario Canada due to the Avian Flu spreading. I hope we get some sales soo, I was looking to sell some Chanteclers.

I see some prices here that are really low ... is it worth to sell at this prices ? What are the prices of feed in your area ?
You never know how things will sell. But, feed prices are getting higher and sometimes selling for less is better then keeping them
@Jordans Harvest (sorry) I normally only watch your hunting & trapping videos. But decided to watch this one...😎... Anyway, I'm curious. I see that your ducks; geese; turkeys; ect, all run loose. Do you pen them at night? And, during the day, how do you keep them from leaving the property? These probably seem like odd questions. But I grew up around cattle & horses. We didn't have birds. Well, one set of grandparents had chickens back in the 1960s-1970s. But they didn't roam free, they were always penned..... Thanks for the videos. And the answers.😎 Keep up the hard work!

Good video, I was surprised how cheap y'alls were selling y'alls birds. Where I from a mature laying hen would go for $25 to $30 and a Tom will sell for about $70
