I found the kingpin replacement's on line but went on vacation so have to wait till I get home to try them. the alignment on club car's have made me crazy. hope this works , thanks for putting this out , your the man !
love the videos, I have 2 questions. 1 whitch is better 1 48volt battery or 4 12volt batteries? 2 where can i get a good used long roof for a 4 seater 2014 ezgo rxv cart?
Do you just eyeball the front tires to make sure they're pointing straight before adjusting the toe? I know the old string running around the rear tires trick but on my club car the rear end is wider than the front.
The way I look at is this. The spindle is moved down one inch and the upper arms are pulling the top of the spindle because of the angle they are now at. So yes I think the spacer lift caused this. I also believed this extension king pin was made for the one inch lift block but no one really talks about them on line. We just added the 1" back to the spindle / king pin and now the camber is corrected.
@Fentertainment so let me ask you this... since the camber on some cart seem a little more than others, I think if you add the King pin extension kit without the one inch spacer that would also correct the negative camber. Thoughts?
@@timcaviness5933 This king pin has 3 different positions to mount against the leaf spring so it may help. I would jack up the cart to begin with to make sure you dont have any issues with worn out bushings. That could also be another problem. I just put bushings in this cart so that wasnt this problem.
@timcaviness5933 the spacer is what corrects the neg camber as its lifting the upper arms up to where they need to be, matching the lift of the block that changed the angle of the a-arms. I wouldn't install these adjustable king pins without the spacer personally. I did this mod a bit over a year ago after block lifting the front of my cart for 14" wheels.
Hi Ryan. I like your videos. My tires are doing the same thing. I have a 1999 Yamaha. I not found anything that will help. Do you think it would work on my. Keep the videos coming. 🙏👏🛺😁
I've got a question, 2005 club car ds. Got a nokins led kit. Can I power the radio with the fog light wires? I know it will work but will it cause problems or be to much for the kit?
i KNOW IF NOT THE BEST WAY TO FIX THE CAMBER BUT For Now, Im thinking put 2-3 flat washers on my kingpin because the top of the tire is leaning Out . If I can do this, I cant seem to grasp would they go on the Upper or lower part of the kingpin ..... which one brings the bottom IN & top Out ?? anybody know? i cant spend anymore on this cart right now just trying to make it not look so stupid with the leaning wheel. Ty in advance~
I wish the camber on Club Car DS’s was adjustable. They have too much positive camber from the factory and they bump steer like crazy when you speed them up.
Cant seem to understand HOW a Kingpin has anything to do with the camber aka tire angle .......if the kjingpin has a spacer at the top, or it has a spacer at the bottom, should change anything other than spindle higth ,might make that side of the cart lets say half inch taller than the other side, but how will it even effect the camber?? because the kingpin runs up n down not side to side,
I installed the camber kit in a 2006 precedent today. Went very well but a lot of adjustments. I would up using the first hole to the tire. Went back and forth from middle to first hole to the tire before I made up my mind. To get the toe right I was worried I was going to run out of thread but it worked out. Been looking for ways to fix camber on a club car for awhile and this did the trick. Thanks for this video, it helped.

Very well done,I see a lot of carts that I think might need that DONE!!
Does it still need the original spring washer at the bottom of the original kingpin?

Were did you get the smoked tail lights? They look good 😎

Does the spacer actually lift the front body? if so, would you have to lift the rear body to level the cart out?
I have an 07 ds. I have been looking for a king pin like this to correct my camber problem. Will this king pin interchange with the ds?
Ryan do you think the one inch spacer made it have more negative camber? I've installed the spacer before and I think it does. What's your thoughts?

Yo Ryan my Club car President has this same problem it’s getting really bad this video should help me
I also have a 1999 yamaha g16a with the same problem. Have you found any fixes yet?
Ryan, I have a yamaha and it is wearing the inside part of the tire out, but I see no adjustment. Any advice?
look for some worn bushings
Good practical information sir.
How do u like those red dot roofs ???
I like them. However the rails are riveted to the plastic room and when the rivets get loose they creak and that gets on my nerves.
What’s the part number?

I’m installing the new camber king pin’s in a cart that I did a lithium conversion in. 2006 precedent. Camber is awful so wish me luck.

Does it still need the original spring washer at the bottom of the original kingpin?
