Directorate of school education must check the Teachers students ratio thoroughly in every school of nagaland because in some villages there may be lots of teachers and school without student. So, it's better if department investigate and adjust the teacher for the needy
Advance people talking about competitive exam but they don't send teachers to Eastern Area. Who's tribe's are Education Director, Education Minister, all the higher education officer's. Mention all the Name with Tribe's, people will know the truths.

What is wrong with the Nagaland Government why always compelling public to organized agitation/protest? Every Departments concern person should inspect the staffing pattern in their own perspective department and advertise the vacancies and recruit accordingly. In Nagaland there are many educated students who got their degrees, Master's or PhD and doing nothing because of this corruptions.
Treat Eastern people equally with the rest of nagas. Don't expect EN people to run their schools with a shortage of teachers. There are even some schools which are run by a single teacher. Where are elected members and where is the government?
