Where the conflict gets deeper and deeper if the participants do nothing active to stop the conflict. If they can not do something active themselves, then the management must step in. You can call it the stabilization phase. But for the most part, one or more participants will lose their jobs if the conflict has become too deep. Hope you can use the answer.
