- Labour's national campaign co-ordinator Pat McFadden has told Sky News "nothing's decided" after Rishi Sunak called a general election for 4 July.
Mr McFadden told Sky's Kay Burley, "There have been a lot of changes in the Labour party in recent years, that's got us into a competitive position, but nothing's decided about this election."

Labour was in power for 14 years and then tories have been in power for 14 years, whys she screaming at him “your party is so bad at winning elections” rather than ask important questions, is she even suppose to give her opinion as a questioner or just do her job and get information out of him?

Kay wants to get loads of gotcha moments and in doing so just comes off as a bit reductive whilst failing to actually challenge Pat McFadden.

From what i have seen of Starmer so far, is someone who does`nt stick to any pledges, and flip flops back an fore. He never interacts with the public either, so therefore i would never trust him.
What’s been heard so far counts for nothing. It’s all red herrings from him and Sunak. It’s probably more than 8million clobbered by Sunak. £900 quid that Sunak keeps banging home , was a piss in the ocean for those people. The only beneficiaries are the ones that don’t actually need it. Sunak’s ‘Plan’ solely stems from wanting a Reputation to propel him onto the world stage. There was a time when 8million voices could have been heard as one. Labour Must be show that votes are being ‘Lent’ to him.’
