The all time greatest arcade game! I found one in near mint condition for $500 on eBay a few years back and bought it immediately. I can tell you that it still stands up against today's games. Way more fun than Madden 25.
This was a great game. At an arcade near where I used to live they'd have a tournament every few months. If a developer would take a chance, they could cull some of the Madden herd from today's only football game. The possibilities for a modern Cyberball game are many. It would be nice if someone took a chance an developed it.
+Eugene Osko I agree. I spent a lot of time on this game at an arcade at a local mall. I spent quite of bit of money too, but fortunately there was a girl who I used to flirt with and she would give me free tokens.
Whoever was playing had to be the slowest playcaller I've ever seen. The game clock runs so fast that choosing offensive and defensive plays instantly became second nature.
Amazing, thanks for abetting my wave of nostalgia! I used to have the pleasure of playing this in a very small arcade in a student union building which was usually deserted, loved this game!
That's it, I'm soo-hoo gonna bring my 32 inch flatscreen in the front room next to the 40" and bust out Midway Arcade Treasures 2 and play this with my friends when they come over while watching the Superbowl at the same time.

Nothing like getting $10 of quarters and sitting down to play doubles on this game for hours, that was so much fun.

I miss great arcades.

Ya remember the days when a mall was only as good as the arcade it had?
Absolutely. We had two malls growing up and the "inferior" mall had the best arcade in our area!
This is one game that could only be improved by today's game engines and rendering. Thank you for bringing back memories. "BALL CRITICAL."

I have been trying to find this game forever!
Yah, the origional pay to win scam, another 25 cents to prevent the quarterback from blowing up
I remember this game I used to play this on Sega Genesis when I was a little kid back in the day
This game is the best. Bring back Cyberball.

5 dollars worth tokens never seem to last
The progenitor of NFL BLITZ
This is, and always has been, the greatest game ever.
How many quarters I fed this game. If it were crack I’d be dead of an OD.
this was an awesome game. Way better than Tecmo Bowl.
how could you
Holy shit you got absolutely demolished. Two sacks, an interception, and a then a touchdown back to back. Steal rolled beyond words by AI LOL.
Well done, sir. I appreciate this!
God I miss this game. Can't find it anywhere online...
No Kidding Right!!!!
This game was so S*itty back in the 90's
