      That’s for sure - thanks for watching and commenting. I can do smaller stuff, but those bolts are something else!

      I thought so too! PJ shined them up for me - had all the grime on his face, should have taken a picture - he worked hard and it showed on my rims and his face! Lol

    Just a FYI on the airbags. Airbags normally look good on the side but they start cracking on the top and on the bottom.

    How many miles are on your bus? At 23 years your brake pads looked fine but I would still change them out. Our 06 M450 Wandelodge hardly has any pad wear at 55K miles but will change them out in the future along with the shocks. Our air bags were changed out by the previous owner in 18. I guess using your retarder saved your pads like our Jake Brake does on ours. Great video that I greatly appreciate.

      I’ve got 235k. Not sure when they were last replaced - but they were in great shape. I bet your right on saving those pads - didn’t know what to expect - not that for sure! I’m using them more now, was always afraid too.

    What was the cost of the service? Did you get the oil analyzed after the change? What was the shops name and location? Are you happy with thier work?

    • @CampPrevost
      @CampPrevost  ปีที่แล้ว

      I traded work. I did his battery upgrade, he had a Prevost mechanic do my brakes, shocks and oil. Didn’t get it analyzed.

      The no spill oil change system - I put a link in your video description. Credit goes to PJ, he gave it to me!

    Did they spray all the air fittings while they were in there and had the fairings off to see if there were any leaks?

    • @CampPrevost
      @CampPrevost  ปีที่แล้ว

      We didn’t. My rear and front air bags hold air perfectly, the brakes do to. It’s my aux air that has some micro leaks. Good idea though!

    How often should the oil be changed on these monsters

    • @CampPrevost
      @CampPrevost  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Probably subjective - I think at least annually and probably 10-15k miles. Will usually hit annually first.

    • @CampPrevost
      @CampPrevost  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would say annually or 10-15k miles

    • @CampPrevost

      We traded work - I did his install and he changed my oil, shocks and brakes. No idea what someone would charge to install the batteries, inverters and WS.

    Which shocks did you put on?

    • @CampPrevost
      @CampPrevost  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To be honest I don’t know. If you searched for prevost and BBQ, comment on PJ’s video and he’ll tell you. Father told me to never look a gift horse in the mouth - so no idea!

      @@CampPrevost if the issue is heat, then it’s the socks you might want to skip… regardless, the absence of steel/polymer toed footwear in a shop is what makes me grimace
