    This was AWESOME..I'm in Virginia and have been so nervous about doing a loan signing, it is so helpful to know the docs involved, what will need to be notarized, etc. You did great, this was so helpful. Thank you so much!!!

    Which notary loan signing training did you take and recommend? Or did you get all your training from TH-cam on Griff’s channel?

      To be honest, I did not take any course. Yes, I watched all of Griff's TH-cam channel and got my foundation from there. I since have continued to watch Griff, but I also have continued to learn over the last 2.5 years.

    I meant how the signer wants to receive their proceeds, not documents. 😉
