Hello,
In this article, the method of cooking kashk by women of nomadic ethnicities in Iran is explained. This simple and indigenous method has existed in these nomadic communities since the past and is done traditionally.
The steps to prepare curd are as follows:
1. First, buttermilk is cooked with fire.
2. Then they pour the cooked buttermilk into a bag.
3. After three days, some salt is added to it.
This simple and indigenous method of making curd is rooted in the nomadic communities of the region and shows the traditional skills and knowledge of nomadic women in this field. The use of local materials and primitive techniques has made this method a part of the culture and lifestyle of these tribes.
