If Prisoner was all I knew about Australia, I would be convinced that they have a phobia about drinking water, it's coffee, tea or alcohol, and water seems limited to a sip now and then to take pills and MAYBE if they are feeling real bad from something or another they can be coerced to drink a full glass.
