Back in like 2009, some random guy at a sushi bar recommended this band to me when the topic of Japanese culture came up and I'd never heard of it. It's actually really good. He had good taste.

2007-2013 was the golden age of japanese culture's fever in Kiyv where I was born and raised. I've been in a j-rock band, we called ourselves Shiroku, still don't know the meaning tho, lol. We covered songs of the Gazette, and then I met my first love at the concert, she was the one who introduced me to Crying Rain and Shining, I felt in love with those songs and this band immediatley. Everytime I hear this song, the nostalgic feeling hit me hard, I could feel, smell and hear my old good times, my carefree 19, my old friends, my first love and first cheap chinese eletric guitar... God, what happened to me.

I've attended Giru's concert in Berlin in March 2011. It's hard to believe it's been 11 years. So many amazing memories associated with their music. Love coming back to it! Not into Japanese music any more but nostalgia hits me from time to time and their music allows me to travel back in time ❤️ so grateful I grew up listening to Girugamesh
I remember now why I love so much Visual Kei and band like Girugamesh or MUCC or Kagerou or Dir En Grey... So much deep emotions et vibrations comes out from this music...
I'm in so much pain right now I've followed this band for so long and I love them so much. Through the good and the bad times I listenend to their songs and I just love them so fkn much I will miss them so so much...Forever my favorite band. Now and always.

I left rock music back in my high school days but a coworker asked me about it & here I am. Girugamesh was my first jrock band & I miss them. Something about jrock is just different from American rock music. Love❤

曲も、左迅くんの歌詞も仲の良いメンバー達のやりとりも、今ほど簡単に情報や映像を手に入れられなかったですが、必死になってなけなしの所持金でCD買ったりしてたのが懐かしいです。
ギルガメッシュの曲を聴くと青春時代を思い出します。きっとこの先も聴き続けるでしょう、10年経った今も聴いてるのですから。
